I always return, the helpful staff made me feel at home from day one. Wi-Fi, kitchen, and 24-hour reception make it perfect. And the laundry facilities saved me. Coming back for New Year's!

The apartment was so spacious and stylish, with a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa that easily pulled out into a double bed. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a group like ours.

Personally, I found the wine cooler with a selection of wines to be unnecessary, but I'm sure others would enjoy it.

The staff were helpful and attentive and the location was ideal close to attractions. Stopped by Tiu dropar Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend.

Arrived late, but woke up to fresh bread at 8 am—an unexpected treat. Two bathrooms for four people was a bonus! Took a stroll to Bókfell for some light reading. Kids loved the cheese plates, while my partner sipped local beers. Flybus got us here quick—wished it could take me home too! Staff sorted our laundry—thank goodness, no hand-washing! Convenient spot for exploring, but noisy at times. Missing those Icelandic showers already.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the upgrade to a bigger room and the complimentary milk, cereal, and juice. The fast wifi and comfy beds were a bonus.

The location of this hotel was superb - right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions on foot. We were also delighted to find that the hotel provided coffee pods every day, as well as fresh juice and milk, which was a nice touch. Plus, the apartment itself was clean, modern, and cozy, perfect for our family of four.

The ongoing construction around the hotel, which made it a bit noisy during the day. However, it was not a problem at night, so we were still able to get a good night's sleep.

Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel was a gem in the heart of Reykjavik. The one-bedroom apartment was modern and well-equipped, making us feel like locals. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending great vegan eats nearby. The central location allowed for easy exploration of landmarks like Hallgrimskirkja and the Old Harbour, enhancing our family bonding experience. The nearby Saga Museum was a fascinating stop. The rooftop patio provided a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.

We were able to walk to the crazy cool nightlife and yummy food spots. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our party crew. Plus, the daily cleaning was a game-changer after our wild nights!

It would've been even more dope if there was a chill hangout space within the apartments where we could pregame before hitting the town.

The Residence was located in a separate building just a short walk from the main house. It had a homely feel, with old family photos on the walls. The room was beautifully clean and we were provided with fresh milk, tea, coffee, juice, and cereals every day. We loved the option of having a breakfast basket delivered to our room, which also provided enough food to take with us on our tours. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we even received a complimentary bottle of cava for my 60th birthday. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to bus stops and attractions in the city.

We stayed in a spacious and quiet apartment at the Residence. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was bistro-style and unique, with great coffee and l'Occitane toiletries provided. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the apartment was beautifully decorated. We loved the central location and the convenience of having shops and restaurants just a street away.

The rooms were large and impressive, had smoke detectors for safety. They recommended a good restaurant for breakfast. Good for one night.

My wife says that a designated play area for children within the hotel premises would be a great addition for families with children.

We loved this place! It was located right in the centre of the action. We could easily walk to the main shopping street and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The service was fantastic- staff at the reception desk were always available to help us with any questions we had. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen and a washing machine. We appreciated the little touches like the free toiletries and coffee pods. We would definitely stay here again.

All in all a really lovely stay, the venue exceeded all expectations. Everything was very good, including patient staff and perfect location close to bus stop. The breakfast choices were delicious with cheese and fresh bread delivered to the door daily and yogurt.

Couldn't reach the room safe without climbing a chair.

This hotel is perfectly located for party people. It is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and bus stops where the tour buses pick up. The mini-apartment's bathroom, towels, and bathrobes are of great quality, and the Nescafe coffee machines make a perfect start of the day.

The price is a bit steep for budget travelers.
